Housing Programme Dashboards

Saudi Arabia Housing maintains three primary data dashboards aggregating key performance indicators across the government housing programme. These dashboards draw on official data from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, SAMA, NHC, REGA, and Vision 2030 programme reports, updated as new data becomes available.

  • Homeownership Tracker — Tracks the homeownership rate from the 47% baseline through the current 65.4% level toward the 70% 2030 target, with annual and semi-annual data points, acceleration analysis, and gap-to-target assessment.

  • Mortgage Market Dashboard — Monitors outstanding real estate loans (SAR 951B), new origination volumes, SAMA interest rate trajectory, and SRC refinancing activity.

  • Housing Supply Dashboard — Tracks NHC and ROSHN delivery pipelines, units launched, units sold, families moved in, and construction activity across 17 cities.
